New XXX Race Co Sprint Car Chassis Kit A, 88/40 Standard

  

Triple X Sprint Car Chassis (#TXRC-SC-CH-1000-88-SH). Made from high-grade 4130 Chromoly tubing that is pre-tested for chemical composition, hardness, and strength. Includes left side safety bar, drive hoop, throttle stand, and wind spuds (2 on each side).

The left side bottom rail is raised 1 to allow proper ground clearance in corners. You can see the detailed dimensions on the diagrams below. Dual Duct Cool Air design.

Two outer inlets let the engine breath cool clean air evenly into the injectors. Middle and side vents remove warm air from behind the radiator preventing it from slipping into the engine. Takes only cool clean air deflected off of the air box into the motor. All dirty air is directed over and around the hood away from the motor, keeping the engine (air filter) free of dirt. Works with the dual duct hood to allow the engine to breathe cool, clean air evenly into the injectors from underneath the nose.

For use with left side safety bar. Encloses the left side of the cockpit, deflecting air around the driver and rear of the car.

For use with right side straight safety bar. Features wedge for arm & elbow room. Designed for use with the Dual Duct bodywork. Encloses the right side of the cockpit, deflecting air around the driver and rear of the car. Radiused bends for perfect fit.

Fits chassis with 15 1/2 spread from center of bar below motor plate to center of rear K-brace. Pre-fit for gas pedal & motor plate brackets.

Left side kick panel (#TXRC-SC-BW-0005). Pre-fit for bars & mounts. Right side kick panel, 2 piece (#TXRC-SC-BW-0006). Pre-fit for nose of chassis.

Aluminum Pieces are not pre-drilled for dzus buttons. CNC bent for exact fit. 8" long x 19 1/2" wide x 1 in diameter. Stainless steel rear bumper without basket and without post, which makes this the lightest bumper configuration available. Specially designed for Raised Rail Chassis.

Left Front Torsion Arm (#WINTERS SC2120L). 18 1/2 Long from center of torsion bar hole to end. Contact patch under the arm is rounded to prevent premature wear.

Right Front Torsion Arm (#WINTERS SC2130R). 16 3/4 Long from center of torsion bar hole to end. Left Rear Torsion Arm (#WINTERS SC2688L). 15 Long from center of torsion bar hole to end.

2 1/2 of Bend from outer edge to rod end center line. Solid from the bend to the back of the rear arm to help reduce flexing. Right Rear Torsion Arm (#WINTERS SC2686R).

13 1/4 Long from center of torsion bar hole to end. 4 1/2 of Bend from outer edge to rod end center line. 2 x Front Torsion Stops (2 x #WINTERS SC2140). Fits 1 1/8 Spline Torsion Bars. 1.75 Tube split spacing.

2 x Rear Torsion Stops (2 x #WINTERS SC2140). Left Front Radius Rod (#TXRC-SC-SU-0110). 2 x Right Front Radius Rod (2 x #TXRC-SC-SU-0112). Left Rear Radius Rod (#TXRC-SC-SU-0110).

Right Rear Radius Rod (#TXRC-SC-SU-0112). Birdcage Set, Both Left & Right (#WINTERS SC2575). Integral level & double row angular contact caged bearing birdcage set.

This state-of-the-art sprint birdcage is designed with strength in mind, but still emphasizes weight savings. Complete kit weighs approximately 7.3 lbs. The forged 7075-T6 Black anodized birdcages come with fully greaseable 28mm angular contact bearings, integral timing levels, and all hardware.

Jacobs Ladder with Straps (#TXRC-SC-SU-0004). Jig built for quality & exact fit. Size: 13 5/8 along diagonal, see diagram below. Strap Dimensions: 1" wide x 1/4" thick x 7 long (center of hole to center of hole). Axle king pin bosses are factory honed. Length: 50 center of king pin boss to center of king pin boss. Also features 15 degrees of Right Front Positive Caster and 12 degrees of Left Front Positive Caster, as well as 1 of Left Offset. Plated, 4130 Chromoly with welded-in threaded ends.

3/8 Thick aluminum rear motor plate for raised rail Sprint Cars. Lightened design weighs only approximately 6 lbs. Lightening holes are on the side facing the drivers compartment so dirt doesn't get trapped in lightening pockets.

All holes are drilled and tapped. Features multiple mounting holes for pumps (to fit standard and raised cam engines). We also have thousands of other High Performance Parts in our store.
